Jacqui and Aaron's Wedding @ Within Sodo

Jacqui and Aaron's wedding was a clear reminder of why I enjoy taking pictures of couples so much. As a photographer, it feels rewarding to witness and capture their chemistry, especially on their wedding day. Even as I'm putting this blog together, the pictures warm my heart in reliving their emotions between them and their loved ones. We started off the day with Aaron getting ready with the fellas in Capital Hill, Seattle, WA, where as Jacqui and her bridesmaids prepared in Downtown Seattle. Afterwards, we moved along to this awesome venue called Within Sodo, which is located at the heart of the SODO district. I would highly recommend this venue if you're looking for a mixture of rustic and industrial vibe. Shout out to Candi Block of Thrifty Events for coordinating the entire day and keeping everyone on schedule. Looking through these pictures, they really do stand out as special memories for Jacqui and Aaron. During my initial meeting with them, they mentioned wanting the pictures to be an authentic reflection of the wedding day. This means a lot to me as a photographer. In an age of volatile trends, I'm encouraged when couples focus on the authenticity of their big day. You can feel the genuine emotions from the initial moments of the First Look, ceremony, and all the way to the heart-felt words during the reception.
