Kristin + Andy | Wedding | Franklin Falls in Snoqualmie

Months prior to Kristin and Andy's wedding day celebration, I asked them if they had any ideas on where they would like to have their First Look. They mentioned being completely open. After tossing a few ideas out there, we decided to do something memorable and adventurous by having their First Look and wedding portraits taken at Franklin Falls in Snoqualmie, WA. While the hike itself isn't too long, it still takes a lot of effort to make such a trip in your wedding attire. After driving close to an hour from Seattle to the trailhead, we spent another 30-40 minutes hiking to the waterfall. I was sweating it up, so major props to Andy for doing it in his suit, and Kristin making the trek in her wedding dress. The view at the end was totally worth it! What a backdrop to have during their First Look. The images turned out great, as they had a blast with each other being surrounded by the beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery. The trees, creek, trails, and rocks made the perfect setting for this wonderful couple.
